Oak Tree Hill Capital acquires majority stake in Webs
On June 19, 2024, Dutch investment firm Oak Tree Hill Capital acquired a majority stake in Webs. This partnership will accelerate Webs’ growth trajectory, both organically and by building a HubSpot solution partner platform.
Orange Corporate Finance acted as exlusive financial sell-side advisor on behalf of the shareholders in Webs and assisted the sellers from preparation to the closing of the entire transaction process.
