Sale of Asbestsanering Het Zuiden to the KlokGroep
As of March 2019, KlokGroep acquired a majority stake in Asbestsanering Het Zuiden. In order to safeguard its future plans, Asbestsanering Het Zuiden was looking for a larger partner with a lot of expertise, experience and contacts in the market.
“The participation in Het Zuiden also offers opportunities for us,” says Ton van de Klok, managing director of KlokHolding, the holding company of KlokGroep. “Asbestos plays a role in renovation, sustainability and transformation of buildings and homes, and their expertise is of great value to us”.

Asbestsanering Het Zuiden
Founder Ruud Janssen has been active in the field of asbestos removal since 1993 and founded Asbestsanering Het Zuiden (AHZ) in 2010. The asbestos remover AHZ (exclusively) remediates buildings and homes and is known in the market as a quality player.
