Labour Power Company acquired EuroDetach
December the 2nd 2021, the employment agency Labour Power Company (LPC) from Etten-Leur has acquired the, Echt-Susteren based, EuroDetach. With the acquisition of EuroDetach, LPC increases Its geographical spread In the Netherlands and EuroDetach reinforces his position in the secondment market.
Founder John Crombag will remain active as a director within EuroDetach. “I think LPC offers a genuine attractive combination of regionally organized entrepreneurship, while at the same time you can count on support from colleagues in other regions. This will further professionalise EuroDetach, since we can benefit from all the synergy advantages that a larger organization offers. This gives us more free time to provide even better services and our customers will definitely benefit. I look forward to continue to grow EuroDetach as part of the LPC family.”
Orange Corporate Finance acted as advisor to the seller and coordinated the transaction process.
EuroDetach
EuroDetach was founded in 1992 by John Crombag and has a turnover of approximately EUR 20 million. The company works for large and medium-sized companies in the logistics, packaging, food and metal industry and has an average of 600 flex workers. EuroDetach is an ABU member and is SNF certified for the accommodation of foreign employees. EuroDetach’s customers are growing above average and increasingly require additional temporary workers. By joining LPC, EuroDetach is better able to meet this growing need. Hobij and other companies within the LPC group work partly for other types of companies, so that changes in demand and available capacity can be better coordinated.
LPC
LPC has acquired six companies in two years. It also consists of Hobij, Kobus Personeel & Organisatie and My Flexwork. The company wants to grow to EUR 500 million in turnover in the coming years.

John Crombag and his team are rooted in Limburg and have a large network. Like the other LPC labels, EuroDetach remains an independent brand within LPC. Han van Horen, director of Hobij and LPC: “It is great that we as a group are now also strongly represented in Limburg.
