Andus Group BV has acquired the shares of Van Voorden Castings BV 

In May 2012 Andus Group BV acquired the shares of Van Voorden Castings BV. The Andus Group represents 13 healthy and very experienced companies, each operating independently in different market segments on the industrial market. Because the companies complement each other in various areas, it is easy to use each other’s know-how, specialism and support. In addition, it becomes possible to materialize individual components and larger assignments within the group optimally and with centralised responsibility.

Van Voorden is a modern, Dutch foundry that produces large complex castings up to 32 tons meeting the highest quality standards. They are globally active and supply ferrous and non-ferrous materials to various market segments and industries, including dredging & mining, shipbuilding, offshore & energy, heavy industry and petrochemicals.

Andus group is an internationally operating group with mission statement: ‘Serving the industry’.
