Basic Pharma sells its stake in Geleen-based Pharmalot Compounding
As of 24 February 2022 Basic Pharma sold its 50% stake in Pharmalot Compounding to Ace Compounding, a subsidiary of the Zeewolde-based company Ace Holding. This merger will make Ace Holding a larger and stronger player in the pharmacy preparation market with a large sales channel. Details>
