Steven completed his Bachelor’s degree in Economics at Tilburg University and subsequently began his Master’s in Finance. At the same time, he is completing an internship at Orange Corporate Finance.
He is a student with a keen interest in financial matters and a desire to gain insight into the mergers and acquisitions process. Steven provides support in areas such as preparing pitches, conducting financial and strategic company analyses, drafting information and financing memoranda, and identifying and selecting suitable acquisition targets—both domestically and internationally.
Immediately after completing studies in Industrial Engineering and Management in Eindhoven
Strategy & Finance (S&F) in 1996. S&F was one of the first specialized, independent mergers and acquisitions firms in the Netherlands.
In 2011, S&F merged with the corporate finance division of an accounting firm in the Eindhoven region. Since then, Stefan has led the combined M&A team.
In 2014, he decided to launch a new independent M&A firm, Orange Corporate Finance.
Stefan has been continuously active in advising on acquisitions and sales transactions—many of them cross-border—since 1996, and also possesses a proven track record in valuation, financing, and capital raising.
