Immediately after completing his studies Technical Business Administration in Eindhoven (HTS) and Business Administration at the University of Groningen, Stefan co-founded Strategy & Finance (S&F) in 1996.
In 2011, S&F merges with a corporate finance department of an accountancy firm in the Eindhoven region. Since then, Stefan leads the joint M&A team. In 2015, he starts a new independent M&A firm: Orange Corporate Finance.
Since 1996, Stefan is continuously active in supervising acquisitions and sales transactions, a large part of which are cross-border. He also has a track-record in the field of valuation and financing issues and raising capital.
