Benjamin is pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance at Tilburg University. As a voluntary part of his studies, he is currently interning at Orange Corporate Finance.
He is a student with an interest in financial matters and is eager to learn about mergers and acquisitions. Benjamin offers support with pitches, financial and strategic company analyses, writing information and financing memoranda, and searching for and selecting suitable acquisition candidates domestically and internationally.
Immediately after completing his studies Technical Business Administration in Eindhoven
(HTS) and Business Administration at the University of Groningen, Stefan co-founded Strategy & Finance (S&F) in 1996.
In 2011, S&F merges with a corporate finance department of an accountancy firm in the Eindhoven region. Since then, Stefan leads the joint M&A team. In 2015, he starts a new independent M&A firm: Orange Corporate Finance.
Since 1996, Stefan is continuously active in supervising acquisitions and sales transactions, a large part of which are cross-border. He also has a track-record in the field of valuation and financing issues and raising capital.
